As the founder and lead mentor of Boyz 2 Men Mentoring, he is dedicated to equipping fatherless and underserved youth with the tools they need to become responsible, purpose-driven men of integrity. With a strong emphasis on discipline, leadership, and personal development, he works tirelessly to provide guidance, mentorship, and positive role models for the next generation.
With 13 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, Lee cultivated resilience, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to excellence—values that have carried over into his professional and entrepreneurial pursuits. He holds a degree in business administration and has built a distinguished career in finance, real estate, and credit consulting. His experience as a bank manager and lending manager has allowed him to help individuals and families achieve financial stability, homeownership, and long-term success. Now, as a realtor and credit consultant, he continues to empower others by providing the knowledge and resources needed to build generational wealth.
Beyond his professional and mentoring work, Lee is an advocate for personal discipline and lifelong growth. He enjoys weight training and golf, activities that reflect his commitment to both physical and mental strength. Above all, he is a man of faith, integrity, and service, leading by example in his family, community, and business endeavors. Chef Earl Frederick brings nearly a decade of professional culinary experience to the kitchen, having served in a variety of roles, including executive chef, culinary arts instructor, kitchen manager, and catering chef. His journey in the culinary world began at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he earned his degree in culinary arts. He further expanded his expertise by studying business management at Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon—an educational foundation that equipped him with both creative and operational leadership skills.
Throughout his career, Chef Frederick has held prestigious culinary positions with renowned organizations such as Walt Disney World, Club Med, Nike, and Intel. His work in these diverse environments has shaped his dynamic approach to food, leadership, and mentorship, blending global flavors with a passion for excellence and service.
He is a Certified Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor, committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and professional ethics.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Frederick is dedicated to empowering the next generation. He is the co-founder of The Portland Kitchen, a transformative nonprofit program that offers free culinary training to teens while also building life skills, encouraging discipline, and promoting healthy habits. His commitment to mentorship and community impact continues to drive his work as an instructor and leader in the culinary field.
