Lee Anderson is a devoted husband, father of three, and a passionate mentor committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of young men. As the founder and lead mentor of Boyz 2 Men Mentoring, he is dedicated to equipping fatherless and underserved youth with the tools they need to become responsible, purpose-driven men of integrity. With a strong emphasis on discipline, leadership, and personal development, he works tirelessly to provide guidance, mentorship, and positive role models for the next generation.
With 13 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, Lee cultivated resilience, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to excellence—values that have carried over into his professional and entrepreneurial pursuits. He holds a degree in business administration and has built a distinguished career in finance, real estate, and credit consulting. His experience as a bank manager and lending manager has allowed him to help individuals and families achieve financial stability, homeownership, and long-term success. Now, as a realtor and credit consultant, he continues to empower others by providing the knowledge and resources needed to build generational wealth.
Beyond his professional and mentoring work, Lee is an advocate for personal discipline and lifelong growth. He enjoys weight training and golf, activities that reflect his commitment to both physical and mental strength. Above all, he is a man of faith, integrity, and service, leading by example in his family, community, and business endeavors. His mission is to inspire, educate, and uplift those around him, ensuring that his legacy is one of empowerment, excellence, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of others.

Nick Baiocchi serves as a mentor for the Boyz 2 Men Mentoring.
Nick's Story
Nicholas Baiocchi is a devoted father/provider and protector for his 2 children.
He has over 20 years of sales experience. He’s held roles from sales executive up to VP of sales in several different organizations and currently oversees six states of business with Pacific Bath. He’s won several awards for top sales performance out of employees ranging from 300 to 25k employees.
He has driven passion and ambition. He strives to make every interaction with anyone he comes in contact with a memorable one. At a young age he watched his grandfather throw dinner parties at his house for the less fortunate. Those that were unable to dine at his restaurant, he made them feel even more valuable in the warmth of his house. That lesson still carries on to this day; Nicholas will literally give the clothes off his back to help someone else in need. Besides his current career, he is finishing up his real estate license and is an active dance dad and baseball dad.
Nicholas has a passion for sports, for exceeding anyone’s expectations, and for conquering any obstacle that is thrown in his way. He is focused on providing guidance from his own life lessons that will help guide these young men into valued members of society. Those who are confident, capable, and willing to do whatever it takes to reach their full potential. He enjoys football, basketball, concerts, events, hiking, swimming, and paddleboarding; Nickolous is an all-around outdoor enthusiast. Additionally, he enjoys playing video games and being present in the moment.

Chef Earl Frederick brings nearly a decade of professional culinary experience to the kitchen, having served in a variety of roles, including executive chef, culinary arts instructor, kitchen manager, and catering chef. His journey in the culinary world began at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he earned his degree in culinary arts. He further expanded his expertise by studying business management at Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon—an educational foundation that equipped him with both creative and operational leadership skills.
Throughout his career, Chef Frederick has held prestigious culinary positions with renowned organizations such as Walt Disney World, Club Med, Nike, and Intel. His work in these diverse environments has shaped his dynamic approach to food, leadership, and mentorship, blending global flavors with a passion for excellence and service.
He is a Certified Culinarian through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor, committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and professional ethics.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Frederick is dedicated to empowering the next generation. He is the co-founder of The Portland Kitchen, a transformative nonprofit program that offers free culinary training to teens while also building life skills, encouraging discipline, and promoting healthy habits. His commitment to mentorship and community impact continues to drive his work as an instructor and leader in the culinary field.
